AFYI Meets with Prince Georges County Council Members

PGC Councilman Obie Patterson met with us Thursday, June 23rd to hear about our mission, progress and needs to continue serving the Autism Community of Prince Georges County and those that interact with them. He was impressed and very helpful with suggestions for continued growth and success in our endeavors. Afterward, we were able to meet with Brendon Lasker, Chief of Staff for  County Council member Jamel Franklin. Brendon was very helpful as well and praised us for our entrepreneurship and well thought-out plan. He invited us join their district event July 30 at Showplace Arena in Upper Marlboro, MD to exhibit and show others in the county about us.
